In business more than 35 years, we've developed dedicated teams to service the needs of our clients. We don't count the years on the job, we count the work. Progressive Flooring Services, Inc. was started by Richard A. South and has been growing and garnering experience in the flooring and maintenance industries since 1978. During our 35+ year history, we have completed over 25,000 projects, installing more than 80 million square feet of flooring. We have traveled 6 million miles, putting in more than 3 million man-hours of installation service. We have gone from one company, one location, one service, in one industry to multiple companies, regional employees and warehouses in Ohio, Florida, Texas and California, servicing many industries and providing numerous services.

Our four warehouse facilities in Ohio, Florida, Texas, and California enable strategic staging of Client furnished materials for nationwide programs. We are able to advance-purchase in-bulk necessary flooring supplies to have readily available. We provide monthly inventory reporting and handle all the logistics from manufacturer to jobsite.

We install every type of commercial carpeting, resilient and solid vinyl product and ceramic tile. Our installations occur during our Client's non-business hours and we do not leave areas unfit for customer traffic the following business day. We handle the installation of new aisle lighting or replacing existing aisle lighting. We have performed numerous conversions between AC and DC systems including transformer change outs.
