Our owner and president, Reid Childress, launched his business in 1992 out of a small building in downtown Dalton, GA. Childress started printing, sampling, and distributing floor covering samples to just a handful of customers- and a seed was planted. Floor Productions had scaled enough to need a larger space, doubling the factory size in square footage with their move to Brickyard Road. As the business continued to expand, Childress saw fit to broaden company offerings to better serve customers, acquiring case wrapping and bindery equipment, taking on new partners, and extending production capabilities to include display manufacturing.
