Do not do business with this company. paid them $1201.00 deposit. I asked for a receipt for my deposit money. They said they do not give receipts. I asked for one and Mr.Spencer said she would email one and never did. I asked for my deposit back and Mrs Spencer said I would have it within 2 weeks. It has been over 2 weeks and now they will not answer the phone or messages. I would recommend staying away from this company.

Jackson refinished the original floor (living and dining room) in our 110 year old home. He and his workers were courteous, respectful, and hardworking. All was done in a timely fashion, and the result is simply beautiful. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

I had St. Louis Wood Floor Co refinish my floors from the original build (1960s). They not only did an amazing job, they manage to finish the job ahead of schedule. My floors look brand new, I really was blown away.
Jackson also went above and beyond to come back after the job was completed to help educate me on how to get a scratch out that we put in the floor already.
I highly recommend their work, they are very responsive, affordable and accommodating to their customers needs.

St. Louis Wood Floor Co. did an excellent job installing a pre-finished oak floor in our living and dining rooms. The job was well planned and executed and completed within two days. The new floor really improves our house and increases its value. Thanks to Jackson at St. Louis Wood Floor Co. and the installers Philip and Josh for a job well done.
