DPC Painting is and always will be locally owned. We are a small company that has attracted only the elite painters and finishers in the industry over the past 15 years. We specialize in interior and exterior painting, and as well in cabinet refinishing and refacing. We realize that each job is a custom job and we do our best to tailor it to each individual customer's needs and desires. For most people their house is the biggest investment they have, and we always want our high quality work to reflect and respect that.

Cabinet Refinishing is a great option to be able to change the look of your kitchen on a tighter budget. In refinishing your cabinets we use the existing doors, drawer fronts, and cabinet boxes and refinish them to your desired look. We are able to change the color of the stain that the doors may currently have through shading techniques, or do a solid color that you are able to choose from any color deck out there. Many of the specialty effects are also possible such as antique glazing and crackle.

We have painted countless homes across Loveland and Northern Colorado for the past 15 years. What people don't realize at times is that interior painting is a whole different animal than exterior painting. Not all exterior painters make for good interior painters. Working on the interior of homes requires much more care to the surroundings and making sure that everything is properly covered and protected. We take the time to put down rosin paper, plastic, and drop cloths to cover all areas where we are painting.

Cabinet refacing is a great option for those who want to change the look of their kitchen without the high cost and headaches of tearing out the existing cabinet boxes in their home. In a cabinet reface we make all new doors and drawer fronts, and also replace all of the hinges with new, European-style hidden hinges. Refacing (and also refinishing) work well too if a granite counter top has already been installed onto the existing cabinet boxes. Because of the likeliness of a granite counter top snapping when trying to remove it, it is generally not a good idea to try and do a full demo if trying to maintain the granite countertops.

When it comes to exteriors we have seen it all. Every house style, color combination (some better than others), nook, cranny, fence, and deck. A typical exterior paint job includes a powerwash 2-3 days before the paint job starts, then properly prepping the house by scraping, sanding, priming, and caulking any failing areas. After that, depending on the job, we will apply 1-2 coats of paint on the body and 2 coats of paint on the trim. All of our exterior paint jobs come with a 3 year warranty unless stated otherwise on the contract.
