We tailor color schemes to complement architectural styles while ensuring weather resistance. Each project includes surface preparation, custom color selection, and multi-layer protection systems for lasting vibrancy in San Francisco's climate.
Historic Restoration
Specializing in Victorian and Edwardian-era buildings, we restore original architectural details using traditional methods. Our team replicates ornamental plaster work, repairs dry-rotted wood elements, and removes hazardous materials while preserving historical integrity through careful containment and modern safety protocols.
Color Consulting
Our color consulting service creates custom palettes that enhance each home's unique character. We combine client preferences with professional expertise to develop harmonious color placements. This includes gold leaf accents and full-spectrum paint selections that maximize visual impact while maintaining architectural balance.
Carpentry Repair
We repair and replace damaged wood elements including window frames, stair railings, and decorative shingle patterns. Our carpentry team addresses dry rot issues while matching original designs. For full restorations, we create new architectural details that maintain historical accuracy and structural integrity.
Priming & Caulking
Our preparation process uses industrial primers, epoxy sealants, and high-quality caulking to create weatherproof barriers. This critical phase ensures paint adhesion while protecting against moisture intrusion. We customize our sealing approach based on material type and environmental exposure for maximum durability.
