H & S Improvements

My parents are Irvin and Sharon Swarey - they provided me with a Christian home and did there best to teach me to love the Lord as well as the values of honesty and hard work. At the age of 16 I needed a summer job, so I worked with a crew that built turn-key custom homes. The following summer I worked for a roofing contractor. And the following summer after graduating high school I went to work for Archadeck of Lynchburg. While working for Archadeck I learned the best ways to build decks, screen porches and sun rooms.

We try to make the process of replacing your old windows as painless as possible. Most of the time we can take your old windows out and reuse the inside trim with the new window. If that isn't possible we can also re-trim the inside of the window. Once your new window is in place we insulate the window well before wrapping the outside of the window with aluminum trim and finish up with a bit of caulk to seal everything.

Starting from scratch? We have you covered from the very beginning of the planning stages until the final handshake. We'll listen to what you are looking for and then work with you to design a bathroom that fits those needs. Throughout the process we are more than happy to offer guidance based on our past experience. We can design and install a bathrooms for new construction, our specialty is taking an old dingy, nonfunctional bathroom and remodeling it into the kind of bathroom you have always dreamed of.

With our background in building specialized custom cabinets, doing complete bathroom and kitchen renovations and interior remodeling we can put all of that knowledge together to build your complete custom home. We'll work with you to design the home you need and dream of, offering advice and any knowledge we've gathered over the years, throughout the entire process. Where other contractors would sub out most of the work, we like to do as many parts of the build as we can. Kendal and Nate will be managing the project and will be present at the day to day job to make sure that everything continues to move along and that quality is not being compromised.
