Before and after. The homeowners wanted a #portico for safety reasons. Ice would accumulate and get very slippery during a typical Michigan winter. In addition to safety we added loads of curb appeal. Check out how the angled facia board match the dormers. #keepcraftalive
What do you think of this custom vanity? We took reclaimed barn wood from @reclaimedmichi gan and wrapped it around dovetailed maple drawer boxes with soft close @blum_inc hardware... Toped off with a quartz countertop and @kohler_store_d etroit plumbing fixtures.
This spot was originally built for a fireplace, but the homeowners never got around to it. Having an spot to put away all the kids toys and hide the tv accessories can be pretty romantic also.
