Wow wow wow! After reading some of the negative reviews (based on there marketing not there workmanship or service) I gave Nuvia a call. The owner Ron came out to our home in Norco and met with us to discuss our water system and options. WOW! We had no idea how much there was to learn from a simple estimate! They are extremely detailed and educated in their products, which as a home owner we appreciate. I had some challenging requests for the location of the units, which required a top notch plumber/ installer. Ron assured me that all my requests can be done:) Without any doubt we agreed to schedule an install with them. We have used Culligan in our past 2 houses and have always been very happy with them, but had we known that we were missing so many elements and knowledge of WHAT WE NEEDED for our family's water system we would have used Nuvia in the past. Since we got the Nuvia system the water is definitely noticeable different. The need for less soap and shampoo is a great cost savings. And we got the upgrade and are already saving on not having to buy bottled water. Great investment for our family. Glad we made the decision to go with Nuvia and our salesperson, Amanda was so thorough, she really made it easy and answered all of our questions and concerns.
We recently moved here from Western NY and were surprised to learn about all the slab leaks in California. With all the "purification" chemicals being added to California water, Susan decided it was not something we should be drinking. We were spending alot on bottled water. We decided we should shop for a water filtration system that would remove these corrosive additives and then also save on purchasing bottled water from the grocery store. After comparing several companies, we are very very happy with our Nuvia Advantage whole house system. The Nuvia salesman was very friendly and knew his products very well. The hardest part was choosing between the Advantage and Pro systems. Our installation was going to be a little tricky, so Ron suggested we wait an extra day for his "best" installer. We could not be more pleased with how our system was installed. The installers were willing to place our system and route piping anywhere we wanted it to go, no matter how much effort would be required. They even offered to paint our (short) outside pipes to match our siding. They also hooked up our Summit Alkaline (under kitchen sink) water filter to the water/ice dispenser of our refrigerator.
