Space Planning
Space planning services focus on optimizing room layouts to maximize functionality and flow. We analyze existing spaces to create efficient configurations that accommodate client needs while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Our approach considers traffic patterns, furniture placement, and storage solutions to create practical environments that support both daily living and entertaining requirements within residential settings.
Material Selections
Material selection assistance guides clients through choosing appropriate finishes and surfaces for their spaces. We provide expert recommendations on flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and textiles that balance durability with design aesthetics. Our industry knowledge ensures selections coordinate effectively while meeting practical requirements for different areas of the home, from high-traffic living spaces to specialized functional rooms.
Lighting Design
Comprehensive lighting design creates layered illumination schemes that enhance both functionality and ambiance. We develop customized lighting plans incorporating natural light optimization, task lighting, and decorative fixtures to create versatile environments. Our approach considers both aesthetic appeal and practical requirements for different spaces, ensuring proper illumination levels while adding visual interest through strategic fixture placement.
Design Renderings
Design renderings provide realistic visualizations of proposed spaces before implementation. We create detailed digital representations that help clients understand spatial relationships, material combinations, and design elements in context. These visual tools facilitate decision-making by allowing clients to experience the proposed design direction through accurate three-dimensional representations that showcase lighting effects and material textures.
