SCLRA is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing quality workmanship in the construction industry. After missing 2 scheduled appointments for a quote Nanette tried to reschedule again. I explained that I was no longer interested because I did not feel like I could trust them. My gut was right on. I found a quote in my mailbox today which means that they sent someone out while i was at work. I specifically told Nanette numerous times that the estimate had to be done when I was home. That was non negotiable! She knew this yet sent someone anyhow. They deliberately trespassed and went against my wishes which is unacceptable. To top it off they quoted me 6k over what they did my sisters roof for and her house is only 100 sq ft smaller than mine. She also had issues. Do not trust this company to be fair or honest.
I got my roof replace almost 2 years ago and that is the only reason I felt safe enough to stay for hurricane Matthew. After doing a couple trips around the house to check for damage, my roof seems to have held up great. The Hough team did an excellent job.
