We provided demolition of old deck, redesign, installed new footings to code and added structural support and cement base pad for the stairs. The new deck was constructed using Ipe Brazilian Hardwood - one of he most resilient and dependable decking materials available. Ipe resists termites, decay, and mold easily and without chemical treatments. Azek trim was used around the deck edges and risers. Stairs were rebuilt and a 2nd set added to the back with Composite Railings.
