I left a message with multiple roofers without return phone calls from many. Several roofers I did happen to contact were given the opportunity to do business with me. He educated me on the process, as this was my first roof shingle replacement. Randy is very warm, seemingly humble, and completely professional.

Randy showed up the morning of the roof replacement and made sure everything was running smoothly.
