This Apple Valley main floor remodel opened up our client's, once very cramped & closed off split entry kitchen & living room space. Tearing down a wall where their island & sink now overlook the living room enabled a fresh & inviting space for "living & socializing" to take place. Shaker style natural cherry cabinetry, new hardwood floors, a built in television nook for a large screen in the living room & new stair parts in the entry. A 26 year old foyer was updated by removing the golden oak (ok, that was a polite way to say old-orangey colored) trim, doors & stair parts.
The average-sized wedding has around 150 guests, but we wanted to make sure couples with tons of family and friends were accommodated. So, our gorgeous ballroom can host up to 300 people! (Which doesn’t even include our outdoor patio space.)
