With 30 years of experience in construction management, Ms. Lovell has consistently engaged in planning, directing and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial and industrial structures, roads, schools, hospitals and religious buildings, with many projects ranging in volume from $3 million to $120+ million. She has provided construction supervision including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing and invoicing. She has experience in full, on-site construction management for private, state and federal agencies.
