As your General Contractor, we can deliver your construction project as a "lump sum" or "cost plus" contract with or without a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We provide all required site supervision, labor, management, safety and quality control throughout the project. This delivery option is most advantageous when a client has limited time and budgetary constraints and needs to have the final design and construction operations run simultaneously. As your Construction Manager, we will provide pre-construction services to aid in design development and value engineering.
