3 Pillars Homes was created in 2014 with the thought that we could improve on some inefficiencies we have seen over our 20+ years in real estate and building. We are removing the banks, and debt from our daily business, so we can focus on our Clients. See, banks and debt have ruled home builders for decades, driving cost of construction up and creating unnecessary paper work, resulting in time delays in the home building process. By building on our own resources, we've streamlined the process and found ways to reduce overall costs, while keeping the Client at the CENTER of everything we do.
