All American Construction and Excavation, Inc. has been consistently and reliably serving Tampa Bay and its surrounding areas for 20 years. Founded in 1999, All American has remained dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction by staying true to its core principles of honest business practices, striving to treat the customer and its employees with the utmost of respect and integrity. In the community of Rivercrest, All American provided grading services for over 1,450 homes as well as miscellaneous site work projects.

All American is owned and managed by Dennis W. Capps who also owned and managed All American Tractor Services, Inc. He has been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1999. He approaches his business practices as a devout Christian, a loyal and loving family man, and a proud citizen of the United States of America. A multi-talented individual with a common sense approach, Dennis started out as a grading contractor for residential builders and home owners. Some of the home builders that he has worked with include Arvida, David Weekley, Ryland, Premier, Connell Homes, and Rivercrest.
