Never had experience with a roof replacement until now. Everyone from Monarch was very responsive and committed to excellence. Everything was explained from the sales presentation to the installation. Photos were taken of every step, from removal of old shingles, repair of needed plywood to installation of new shingles. The crew was courteous and worked tirelessly to complete my roof on time. Their cleanup of the area surpassed my expectations. I am a very pleased customer. After many roofing bids and companies that did not return calls or follow up, it was so refreshing to work with a professional team.
