We had a problem with squirrels getting in our attic from behind our gutters. I called Sam and he came out and gave a very reasonable quote and replaced our old gutters that were not large enough to begin with and solved the squirrel problem too. And they are gutters that don't require cleaning out! Sam is very professional and doesn't try to up sell you on things you don't need. We also had him do the siding on our shed since buying a new one that would be the size we needed and of good quality was no where to be found. Then he moved on to reside one or our garage walls. We have a house built in 1908 and it needs constant work. While it is usually me doing the work I am happy to hand a lot of it over to Sam. I have a lot more to do and he suggested just doing it a wall at a time so it is more affordable that way instead of trying to do it all at the same time. I trust Sam and his crew to do any number of things on my house and you should too! His company came to the rescue for a friend of mine who was ripped off by another contractor and saved the day for her elderly mother to move in with her. And they did a beautiful job on her house too, down the matching the rock siding exactly which was not easy and building a beautiful carport.

Did a great job getting all of the repairs we needed done, including roofing work, sprinkler repair, and stucco repair. The pricing was all provided up front and there were no surprises, definitely a good experience!

They screened in our existing patio & extended it out with a pergola over the new new patio area. If there were any issues they would take care of it & resolve it. We just had our one year builders warranty home inspection & the inspector brought it up himself that it was built very well. Thanks for everything Sam!

The staff and the owner, Sam were very friendly and personable. They made the overall process painless, affordable as well as quick and easy. The explanations regarding the variation in gutter types, equipment, and installation were thorough and detailed but understandable to us laymen. The finished product was of high quality and aesthetically pleasing. Sam even showed up later the same day to double check the work order, proper installation, and measuements. He made sure we were pleased with the overall look as well as experience. We highly recommend Custom Solutions Construction and will likely contact them regarding any other future home improvements.
