CS Construction is committed to promoting safety and providing a safe work environment for all individuals involved with our projects. We take a positive proactive approach toward implementation of our safety program. This requires an effort from management, field employees, as well as all subcontractors working on our job sites to enforce safe working practices. We deliver highly competitive and quality work because we maintain a full labor force of exceptionally skilled tradesmen including concrete form setters, concrete finishers, iron workers, carpenters and laborers.

Matt Cohen and Jordan Skovborg founded CS Construction in February 2005 with the intent of creating a progressive commercial general contracting company focused on delivering value and quality. Over 14 years later, CS is one of Central Oregon's premier commercial builders. Matt and Jordan felt from the beginning that it was critical for CS to be involved in the pre-construction and design phases of every project. By coordinating with the project team during the pre-construction phases, CS can make certain the means and methods of construction are tailored to each specific project, delivering the best product within the schedule and budget constraints.
