The journey to a new Pratt Guys Dream Backyard often begins at our one of a kind design center. Our clients meet with our backyard consultants at the design center to explore possibilities for their backyard and witness our quality of work. The design center features outdoor kitchens loaded with options, a massive 2-tier pergola, functional fire features, and a natural rock pond. We also have loads of material and product samples that our clients can see and touch before they make selections for their project.
Pratt Guys did an absolute amazing job transforming my builder grade patio into a recreational paradise for the whole family. They were able to incorporate an outdoor kitchen, firepit area, separate hot tub area, under 2 pergola's, while allowing for the design to be able to add a swimming pool later. Their patience and willingness to accommodate my needs, work with me while out of the country for much of the time, quick response to questions, last minute additions, and making you feel like part of the Pratt family, made this experience one of the best I have undertaken. Their commitment to customer "extreme satisfaction" is the highest of any company or organization, I have ever encountered. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Pratt Guys, from top to bottom they are the best at what they do. I did do quite a bit of research and found them to be excellent. They did our Pergola, Travertine pavers, swing and lighting. They are top-notch quality and design. It is very hard to find both. They were very professional, timely, had great ideas and reasonable. They also have an excellent showroom, which made it easy for us to make decisions. We love our backyard patio and enjoy spending time with friends and family out there.
