Tom has been in the custom wood working industry for over 32 years, initially getting his start at a local cabinet shop in Phoenix. TFQuality was founded in 1987 after Tom realized that being his own boss was the only way to be in total control of the production process. Simply put, Tom takes immense pride in providing a quality product. From the initial meeting through the design phase and beyond completion, Tom will take the necessary steps to make absolutely certain that his client's needs are met.
