A Custom Landscape division that will work with you to create your dream lawn and garden. And a Sod Replacement service to replace only the sod that cannot be saved. Green Side Up provides land management service to residents and businesses in the Central Florida Area - Orange, Seminole and Lake Counties.

Over the years, before developing this company, I would run into many situations where one of my pest control customers would ask me if I serviced other aspects of property management including maintenance, irrigation, and always, sod replacement. At the time I would say no, or point the customer to a different company with which I had a rapport. Many times I would run into situations where I was responsible for lawn care and after inspecting the lawn it would be an irrigation problem or a horticultural problem tied up with another company's inability to provide good service.

In addition to Sod Replacement and Custom Landscape Design and Installation, Green Side Up provides monthly services to maintain your property, keep your lawn thick, green and flourishing and insure that your current irrigation system is in proper working order. Outside of these monthly services we offer the yearly services of Inside Pest Control and Mosquito Reduction Service. Green Side Up's monthly maintenance service is based on 41 to 45 scheduled visits per year, once a week from April 1st to the week of Thanksgiving.
