Garage door made unpleasant noise and wouldn't open. I received a timely appointment after I phoned them and Deric showed up when promised and did the job efficiently. He showed me the part needing replacement - it was missing teeth at the end of the row of teeth. A few minutes later he was done and on his way. Deric is courteous and pleasant. The price was very fair.

Deric was recommended to us by our neighbors, and now we're recommending them to you! Our garage had rattling issues and we also had to replace the keys. I called on Friday morning, and he was here Sat morning. Our original appt was for Sat afternoon, but he got here early. Yay!
Deric is not like other contractors, who often times seem to be in a rush. He spent his time explaining how the mechanism works and we had a friendly conversation while watching him work.
Even though our garage had some problems, he didn't try to sell us a new one. We actually had to ask how much a new one would cost before he gave us the price. I really appreciate it when a contractor does their best to keep your current appliances continue running instead of telling you what you have sucks.
From our conversation with him, you can really tell he cares about what he does. Deric is definitely our garage guy now, and will be contacting him for any future garage issues.
