Third generation of sealcoating business owners with over 50 years of combined experience sealcoating all types of commercial parking lots and residential driveways. We have seen it all and can repair all types of damage to your asphalt. We do all sizes and types of residential asphalt driveways and commercial asphalt parking lots. We will try our best to seal your driveway when rain is not expected but sometimes the weather is beyond our control. In the summer months, our product will not splash after about an hour of sun exposure.

Kelly J. Gorman Sealcoating is a third generation Minnesota Sealcoating business run by Kelly Gorman and Kathy Boswell. Kelly and Cathy have more experience than most in the sealcoating business and can provide full service asphalt repair including pothole repair, large patch jobs and commercial parking lot striping.
