Exited to be part of this project. 580 linear ft of wall cap for a Fay Jones house build in the 60’s The lower wall was added to get around city building code that requires a railing on this 3,500 square ft back porch. After caping the lower wall the client asked us to also recap the upper wall. Doubling our project.
