Services
Lawn Care
Our year-round lawn care services include customized fertilization, weed control, and pest management tailored to local climates. We use exclusive custom-blended fertilizers and provide complimentary service calls to address concerns between visits. With over 51 years of experience, we ensure healthy, lush lawns that enhance curb appeal and withstand regional challenges.
Grub Control
Grub control targets destructive larvae that damage grass roots, preventing infestations by skunks, raccoons, and other pests. Our treatments include seasonal applications to disrupt grub life cycles and restore lawn health. Technicians conduct free inspections to assess damage and recommend targeted solutions for long-term protection.
Mosquito Control
Mosquito control services use EPA-approved treatments to create insect-free outdoor spaces in Ohio and Florida. Our eco-friendly solutions target breeding sites and property borders, reducing disease risks like Zika and West Nile virus. Free re-treatments are included if pests return between scheduled visits.
Tree and Shrub Care
Tree and shrub care services include seasonal foliar feeding, disease prevention, and deep root fertilization. In Ohio, we apply four treatments annually to strengthen ornamentals, while Florida services feature six applications for year-round protection. Custom plans address specific plant needs to enhance health and curb appeal.
Weed Control
Weed control services target common invaders like crabgrass, dandelions, and clover using pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides. Treatments integrate with fertilization programs to suppress weeds and promote dense, healthy turf. Free property evaluations identify weed types and seasons for targeted, long-term eradication.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I continually receive from Land Art! In addition to our regular lawn maintenence, I requested help with our fire ants, and literally the day after treatment was applied, the ants were gone! Aside from how great my lawn looks, I really appreciate the customer service provided by my technician, Bo (in Florida). He is very informative, friendly, and effecient, which is why I highly recommend Land Art to my family, friends, and neighbors!
