Viability of any evergreen, shade, or flowering tree or shrub is warranted for one year from date of install for one time replacement, provided that plants receive proper care. Annuals, roses, and vines carry NO warranty. Sod work carries NO warranty. Vandalism and acts of Mother Nature are excluded from this warranty.
