We believe in providing the customer with a safe, high quality, hassle-free service. We differ from most carpet cleaning companies in several ways. We use only the finest all natural cleaning agents and techniques. We do not believe in high pressure sales techniques. When possible we prefer to give an in-home price quote as opposed to an over-the-phone estimate.
We have a vested interest in the health and well-being of our customers. As owner operators we are exposed to our cleaning agents on a daily basis. We have decided to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to these products. Our approach is simple. Never use potentially harmful detergents, disinfectants or topical coatings. Over the years we have seen chemical after chemical be banned due to toxicity. At first it was butyl-based cleaners. Next it was chlorinated solvents like Trichloroethylene, an extremely toxic solvent dry spotter.
