I found Intex Windows on Yelp, and honestly Shant was one of the most honest and helpful people I have encountered! Although we were not able to use his services he helped us contact the manufacturer and figure out our issues. He was timely, kind and punctual with our meeting. I would highly recommend him!

I had Shant and Intex Windows replace all 14 windows in my house to Milgard Ultra fiberglass windows. The experience was exceptional. I interviewed multiple companies for this project, and Intex Windows was the most professional, clear, direct, and well priced. The installation of the windows was flawless. Intex was very responsive to all my questions and some special issues I needed help in, such as getting proper window paint samples, so I can paint the window trim with a matching color. I highly recommend Intex Windows for your window needs. I had a great experience.

I was looking for a window installer. This company was very responsive and knowledgeable. I left a message after business hours and the next business day Shan't called me back. After telling him what I was looking for, Shan't immediately sent me a competitive quote. Shan't also was really patient with answering my questions. They know what they are talking about with windows and doors installation.

They are also listed on the Milgard website. My windows arrived as scheduled. Danny and his team installed them professionally and in a timely manner. Danny was really easy to work and the windows and doors look great. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Shant the sales representative was really wonderful to work with. This company is exceptional.

I actually found Intex Windows on Yelp and based on the positive reviews, I gave them a call. Extremely happy that I did as the project turned out phenomenal!

Shant was very responsive to every inquiry I made and the whole team...from Shant who owned the whole process, Luis who came out to measure / estimate, and the entire installation team...was very professional, courteous, and meticulous with the work. I would definitely recommend giving Intex a call if you're looking to upgrade & replace your windows.

I was introduced to Shant and his team by my sister, and I must say, the entire experience was incredibly seamless and effortless. Shant promptly arrived at the designated time to assess our requirements. When the crew arrived a few weeks later, their professionalism was outstanding, and they efficiently installed all the windows in our house within a single day. They made every effort to accommodate my needs and minimize noise disruptions, as I had a 4-hour webinar in the afternoon. Furthermore, they diligently cleaned up after completing the job, leaving me delighted with my new windows. I wholeheartedly recommend them not only for their exceptional service but also for their reasonable pricing.

I did my homework and had few guys come out and give me numbers and Ideas, everyone gave me what was good for themselves and Ridiculous pricing. I was referred to Intex by a friend, he came out to my house explained Everything in detail, and gave me few options that was Tailored for my house type. Few reasons i had Shant do the job #1 customer service, #2 pricing, #3 options and ideas he gave me. Very professional staff, came on time did the work in 2 days clean no hassle and my windows look amazing. Thank you Shant for all your help. Thank you Daniel for the perfect job.

Having never bought windows I searched all over LA for a window vendor, and eventually decided to buy Milgard Tuscany windows from Ara, the owner of Intex windows. At first, his price was most competitive, he was most helpful on the phone, and kept me in the loop even throughout the process to take any guess work out of the process. Next, I ordered the windows and they were constructed about 4 days ahead of schedule. Ara's team immediately scheduled an installation on a Saturday morning which is the only time I had available due to business travel.

The crew arrived a few minutes early of the 9-9:30 window they had committed to, were professionally dressed, very thorough, very clean, and extremely neat and careful throughout the install process which was a couple hours faster than originally thought. I can say that this was the most pleasurable home improvement project because of the customer service provided. I am not one to write reviews, but feel compelled to do so in this case because of how exemplary the service I received was.

I would recommend Intex a thousand times over and intend to let the other building residents know about how great my experience is in the hopes that they will also go with Intex. Thank you, Ara and the Intex team.

The selection and prices offered at this place are fantastic. We decided to visit because we were completely frustrated with the shower in our master bedroom and knew it was time for a change. Shant, the person assisting us, displayed impressive expertise and was open to accommodating our specific situation. He provided us with excellent recommendations considering our need for a temporary solution until we could undertake a complete remodel.

I'm eagerly anticipating the replacement of our current door with something more aesthetically pleasing. From now on, I will definitely be referring this place for windows and doors. I was genuinely impressed with the experience!
