Jim and his wife are simply amazing. I had a major garage door issue that needed to be taken care of within 2 hours and they showed up to help me within 20 minutes of calling them.

Then once they arrived, Jim went above and beyond to make sure that my garage door problem was corrected and so it would not be an issue again in the future.

Simply put, I will never contact another locksmith again as long as these two stay in business. Highly recommend!

Jim saved the day for me and my husband this morning. We locked ourselves out of our house with our car keys inside, and he responded to my plea for help on Yelp immediately. He came right away and after some hard effort he opened it up for us! We were so thankful! We appreciate Jim's help so much!

Thank you Jim for saving the day, again! My daughter locked us out and Jim and his wife came to the rescue. I was given a reasonable ETA and quote. They kept us updated on ETA by text which was very helpful. This is the second time I've utilized J&M's Locksmith services and they are so personable and professional. I will continue to recommend them to neighbors, friends and will not hesitate to call if I happen to need locksmith services again.

I got locked out of my new apartment and called J & M since they were one of the first locksmith results to pop up on Yelp. Jim was able to quote me with a quick picture of our lock, he and his wife were at our apartment within 20 min, unlocked our door within 10 min, and we were good to go before we even knew it. He was super responsive via text and call, and he helped us get back into our place quicker than I could have imagined. Also loved his personality and the jokes he cracked, lol. Thankful and really impressed. Thanks J&M!

Short and sweet review-

Bf locked his keys in his trunk. He wasn't panicking as much as I expected him to, but I knew he was stressed out about it, lol.

It wasn't long until I went into Yelp and looked up, "locksmith near me." J&M came up in the top of my searches. After perusing their reviews, I called them and Margie (the 'M' in 'J & M'), picked up. I asked for their quotes after providing them with my bf's car make and model-

$85 with card or $75 with cash

She instructed me to text the number I called with the address, my name, and number. I proceeded to do just this and also included a photo of the destination and a short video clip showing how to find the building.

Between me calling Margie and her and Jim (you guessed it- he is the 'J' in the 'J & M'!), arrived within 15 minutes. Lightning fast! I waited for them in the corner and waived them towards the building.

Jim was such a pleasure and a character! He's like... the cool and funny uncle you wish you had! He joked with my bf and I while he did his magic to my bf's car.

The whole process took not even 5 minutes and they were on their way to their next call as soon as I knew it.

Though the price was steep ("steep" since I don't know what other locksmiths charge), I didn't mind the price for the quality service I received, along with J&M's quirkiness.

I hope this situation doesn't happen again anytime soon but I saved their number in case I need a locksmith again because you bet I'll be calling J & M to save me.

Called Jim and Margie to re key my locks. Then at a later time I locked myself out and they came in like 20 minutes, drilled the lock and got me in. They then ordered a new cylinder for my lock and came back once again to install it.

Jim is quite a character to say the least. He is a great locksmith and they are a great team. I will for sure hire them in the future if I ever have an issue!

I locked myself out of my apartment for the first time in my life and had no clue who to call. Thankfully I came to yelp and found J & M Locksmith. They were so nice to me on the phone, they showed up very quickly and Jim was so hilarious the whole time. I didn't know I would get a comedy show as well! He was so insanely quick it was impressive. I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a call if you ever need a locksmith.
