The representative they sent out was terrible! First off I don't know how he planned on designing anything for us he asked no questions, took no measurements, Nothing! How are you going to give me any kind of estimate if you don't even know the square footage of how much grass I want, how much pavers I want laid, how much cement? You can't! Then he preceded to cancel the next TWO appointments we had 1 hour before we were set to meet! Then on the next scheduled appointment he texts me 2 hours before asking me to email him my plot plan so he can do my design! Keep in mind he is suppose to leave in 1 hour to meet us! I politely informed him is services were not needed! Arcadia Todd did not represent you well! Decided to go with another company for our new home!
