I have 30 years' experience working on all appliances, heating and cooling and previously worked for Sears as a manager and trainer for all appliance service technicians. My job as an auditor for SEARS was to streamline all processes with regards to the services we provided to our customers. In addition I developed action plans to implement improvements and corrections. I have trained technicians in the repairing of major appliances also heating and cooling classes.
