Yesterday, I sat at our lake house waiting for a company to arrive in a 3-hour time frame to have our dryer looked at. After 2 hours, I received a call from the company telling me their service techs would be at the appt before mine, longer than expected and in fact, wouldn't be able to get to me until another day. Frustrated and just wanting the issue with my dryer fixed, I started my search again and stumbled upon Lakeside Appliance Repair. Don answered the phone AND all of my dryer prayers. He was absolutely amazing. He swung past our house on his way home for the night. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes! I was floored and so thankful! I have already recommended him to families needing appliance repairs & I'm thankful we found a reliable and honest company to help us out when needed in the future. Don quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and order the part. He came back a couple days later and installed the part. His price is more than fair and he is very professional. I will be using Lakeside Appliance Repair for all future appliance issues.
I called Don and he came by next day and fixed our drier. He was patient and informative to us and got the job done quick and precise. Changed out our drier gasket and cleaned our vents. We will certainly recommend Don to anyone looking for service. Awesome job.
