MORTGAGE RATE ALERT: Mortgage rates have taken an unexpected turn in the last week. Since the end of November, closing session we have seen good positive change in market indicators. The 10 year treasury yield has just hit its lowest point in about 4 months. There are many things that can cause this but I believe we can contribute some of the positivity to Wall Street setting up for the year-end by parking money into safer investments like government back securities or mortgage backed securities
