Depending on the conditions or requirements, patios are either concrete based with mortared sub-base and joints. In some instances especially in heavy tree roots we will use a compacted granite gravel base, with a geo-textile cloth, then an one inch sub-base to get our levels and grade correct, and for overall stability. Materials vary in types and colors. Flagstone types are mostly Arizona buckskin, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania full color. Pavers are from 3pc cobblestone, antiqued-tumbled, to large square with many colors, shapes, and sizes.
Outdoor fireplaces are all custom depending on customers input and architectural look they're wanting to achieve. They all have a prefab insert kit, fire brick inside. We usually build with a front seating heart if elevated, and connecting side benches. Base fireplaces with hearth are roughly 8 feet wide, with an overall height up to 10 feet. This typically conforms with most HOA rules.

We specialize in natural stone outdoor kitchens, most common chop rock with a variety of colors and shapes. Kitchens can be constructed with random patterns or more formal straight lines. We custom build facades around your equipment. The nice thing about chop rock is the thickness and hardness so no sub-wall is needed, saving money. If not on an existing slab we pour a reinforced concrete base. Tops are typically Arizona buckskin with bull nosed edges. Other colors and varieties are available. Kitchens can also me made ready for granite tops.
