Had many cars in the past tinted, wanted to call on a known venue in which I knew the owner back in the days (JM)......couldn’t reach them and looked up online reviews, no longer the same owner. So I started taking a pole on Facebook and got feedback of the most recommended and researched their methods and asked questions. Ended up choosing to go with “Quality Techniques Window Tinting” not only because it was highly recommended by “Lithia BMW but also from friends with first hand experiences with their own vehicles!
Made an appointment at their earliest opening, got a reminder call the day before, showed up, made my decision on tint shades, addressed any and all concerns which he dispelled with assurances and in 2 hours I was called 30mins prior to completion. Went to pick up car and it was beautiful!! Ricky gave me some directives in what, and what not to do, paid the balance over the required deposit and I was on my way (wife is gonna love it)
Later got a call from Ricky which he informs me that he forgot to let me know that he accidentally cracked a “small” plastic component on one of the door panels (typical of plastics) said he would call the dealership to get the part to replace it......it was in a place that if he didn’t mention it, most people would probably never catch it ever (I would cause it’s one of few places a car detailer would look up) honorable with integrity.....much appreciated!
