International Door Association

IDA Affiliates are trade associations whose missions are similar to that of the International Door Association. IDA recognizes these organizations as Affiliates, and they work cooperatively to serve the garage door industry more effectively at the grassroots level. Meet our affiliates.

The IDA Code of Conduct is an excellent tool for IDA members to use to demonstrate their commitment to quality, excellence and customer service. When dealing with homeowners, commercial builders, plant managers, architects and other stakeholders, IDA members should emphasize their commitment to the IDA Code of Business Conduct. These are the guidelines by which members of the International Door Association (IDA) are guided in their interactions and relationship with their customers, competitors, and employees.

The IDA Executive Dealer Council offers Owners or Chief Executives of Dealerships who are also IDA members the opportunity to shape the future of the overhead door and access systems industry. The IDA Board of Directors will provide oversight and direction for the Executive Dealer Council. Proposals for future change will be submitted to the Board of Directors through the Executive Dealer Council Chair and Dealer Vice President of the IDA Board of Directors. Participation in the IDA Executive Dealer Council consists of Owners or Chief Executives of Dealer Members of IDA, Dealer Branches will not be included at this time.
