Jacob had done some work on my garage door/opener 4 years ago, and I was pleased that he was still working in town. We quickly arranged a time for him to address some work on my garage door opener, and recognized that the new motherboard that was sent to me by the manufacturer was not the sole issue of my concern. I also had sensors malfunctioning, and he had those in stock and did not require a second appointment. Alls well that works well, and Jacob remains fair in his pricing, as well as knowledgeable regarding garage doors and openers. I am keeping his number for any future needs in this area.

I phoned them this morning when my garage door derailed and loomed perilously over my brand-new car! They arrived promptly within an hour. Jakob picked up the phone on the first ring and gave me an accurate arrival time the same say. He is the owner of the company and very proud of his company and workmanship. He analyzed my garage door situation and told me what I already knew: The unit was original to the house built in 1999. It needed to go. He gave me two choices (chain or belt, belt is $100 extra) to replace the entire drive mechanism, plus he reprogrammed all of our remotes. He uses only top of the line LiftMaster openers (bonus: they have WIFI connectivity).

He had everything with him that he needed and had the unit installed, remotes done, checked, cleaned up and outta here in roughly two hours. I chose Jakob because he had good ratings, and the fact that I like to help the little guy better than give more money to the corporations. The price he quoted was exactly the price I paid.

My husband tried to leave for work around 8:30, then he told me the garage door wouldn't open. Called this company at 8:45 this morning and Jakob was out here by 10. I found out our garage door opener was shot. Jakob quoted a very reasonable price for the garage door opener motor and remote, including labor. (My husband even canvassed Amazon for low priced garage openers, Jakob's unit was affordable and high rated.) He even programmed my garage door opener on my car! Had the most effortless experience ever with this company. I would recommend this guy to anyone that has garage door issues.

Service call was quick and the technician was on time for the appointment. The services rendered were not appropriate for the repair. The door just needed serviced but I got parts I probably didn't need. The tech was quick to recommend a new door and opener though the current unit was working fine. Excellent response and fair price but watch for quick up sell.
