Griffin has been a fully licensed and ensured business since 2009. We provide quality service and an excellent finished product to commercial and residential properties. This includes full landscaping for new properties, outdoor redesign for existing properties as well as seasonal cleanup and maintenance. When a contract is made, we normally charge a monthly fee based on the square footage of the property.

During the winter months we offer snow removal contracts on a trace for commercial and residential properties. We also offer la carte snow removal on an hourly "first come, first served" basis, if you do not want to set up a monthly contract. Services include parking lot clearing, sanding, de-icing, snow removal and snow push and pile. We will clear ruts, snowdrifts, and visitor parking while tenants are at work. Building managers must inform tenants about the snow removal or we cannot clear the area around residents' cars.
