Brinkman Architecture has done the designs for two apartment renovations for us, one in an 1890's Brooklyn brownstone and one in a 1980's condo. In the first, we redesigned the kitchen and switched the locations of a door and a window. In the second, we doubled the size of the kitchen, started over with the bathroom, and pushed walls and doors back to open up a small hallway. Karen was thorough in working to understand our needs and wants with the renovations, creative in thinking of solutions to tricky problems, punctual and timely in delivering materials, and absolutely professional along the way.
