I agreed to pay a premium price because I thought I would get professional looking edging. They showed up a day early and spent only 20 minutes on my project. I contacted them about my dissatisfaction and pointed out that he was only here for 20 minutes. The response I got was she thought it looked nice and that I had agreed to pay the amount billed. Glad I did not hire them for a larger project, I would not recommend!
This was a terrible experience for us from the beginning. Not only do they refuse to admit when they are wrong or apologize for not keeping appointments, but they installed dead plants and when we sent them photos and emails, they continued to refuse to stand by their company and replace the plants that were dead. I expressed our concerns on how dead they looked on delivery and followed up with photos and emails a week later. Our last email to them they said they would let us know their decision but never made one other than ignoring our requests to do the right thing. We've had 3 friends ask for a good landscaping company since and we of course told them anyone BUT RRR lawn and landscaping. Do it yourself. It will be less of a headache.
5 stars- I have been using RRR Lawn and Landscape for snow removal for the last several years. They have done a great job with keeping my driveway plowed and clear. Would highly recommend them. Thanks Ryan and Nikki Great job!
