Tom Bassett-Dilley founded TBDA in 2006 to pursue sustainability as contemporary design based on region, climate, and context. Over our nearly 200 projects since then, we have completed new buildings and renovations in frame, masonry, insulated concrete form, structural insulated panel, and modular prefab systems. We are proud to have designed the first certified Passive House projects in the Chicago region, as well as LEED, Green Star, and DOE (Energy Star and Zero Energy Ready) certified projects.
