Patrick has been a licensed Architect for over 30 years, and a licensed General Contractor for over 30 years, which gives you some indication of the standards to which your project, litigation, PCA or Property Inspection will be held and the experience we bring to each project we take on. In addition to designing, building and inspecting Single Family Residences, Town Homes and Condominiums throughout the bay area, Patrick also has extensive experience in Litigation Inspections (for construction defects), Insurance Inspections, and Construction Stage Inspections.
