In the beginning Owen started with his single lawnmover, mowing the grass of Tidewater, you might say he started from the ground up. Since then Pepper and Co. has grown to appx. 50 employees during peak seasons consisting of many working crews, consisting of 3 main departments - maintenance, installation & design, and integrated pest management.
