I had one massive cottonwood tree within 18 feet of my house and the other one was 25 feet, so I wanted someone that was really good. Big Horn was highly recommended and they lived up to that. I was impressed by how carefully every decision was made. The crew also was careful with my house, fence, sheds and dogs. They cleaned off my roof and went into the neighbor's yard to get limbs. The only clean up I had to do was to repair the damaged grass, which was to be expected. I will definitely use them again if I need a tree cut down or the other services they offer.

If you are looking for tree pruning services in Grand Junction, Big Horn Tree Service can help. We specialize in hard to reach and large tree trimming services. Tree pruning is required on mature trees to remove dead and dying branches to maintain tree health and safety. Research has now documented that pruning and thinning tree branches, the removal of live branches to reduce density, significantly reduces wind resistance and subsequent storm damage. Thinning should be concentrated on the outer portions of the canopy, leaving as many branches on the interior crown of the tree as possible.

Removing this aspen after cytospora canker had killed half of it. It was to bad one of not many aspens in the valley that actually grew well. But again they don't belong down here
