Of course it was a Friday afternoon at 3pm right before check in begins and I get a call that a pipe burst in between two of our rooms on the 3rd floor. Within 30 minutes of calling Joe and Charles arrived and shut of the water to the building, dried the room and fixed the broken pipe. I had water running again by 5pm and could not be happier with their service.
