The two man crew arrived on time. They were professional and especially careful not to hit any walls or doors with their equipment. They accessed the ducts from the HVAC units in the attic and cleaned towards the vents. I think next time I will ask them to clean from the vent toward the HVAC unit. Regardless, I noticed the air in our house has significantly less dust in it. The furniture stays clean much longer before needing to be dusted.
I did ask them to return to clean one duct that they seemed to have missed. Again, I think this was a function of starting at the HVAC unit and working towards the vents and I won't do that again. The return visit was scheduled with no questions asked. The crew again arrived on time and quickly cleaned the one vent. They were very apologetic and didn't once complain.
