I have enjoyed my fieldpiece instrument since the day I bought it. Paid quiet a bit of money. This morning I checked a capacitor and it worked fine. This afternoon I use it to check capacitor and it shows OL when you turn to MFD and it just beeps. I changed the battery and bought new leads and still doesn't work properly. It doesn't have fuse. Now I'm being told I have to buy a new meter. That's not what I wanted to hear. Maybe it's time to shop elsewhere.
I have been use there tools for years 5 years ago it was the tool u had to have today 2 sets which I payed almost 1,300 bucks for 1 less than year old and the 2 not even 1 month old broke first one in there for reaping and the 2 drop off to the store I bought them from would not swap out because field piece won't let them very ticked off so I believe I won't be spending money with this company ever again to many products on market but when you pay top dollar you expect Quality and this is not it by a mile yellow jacket makes wireless bought a set of those made me a custom charge hose and let me tell you I have been a tech for 15 years these are sweet best I can say at this moment
Walked in, handed Brent the failed/damaged piece and less than 5 minutes later I had a new one. Best costumer service ever.
