The Southern Lakes team did a fantastic job replacing the decking of our old deck and railings with Trex materials. Additionally, they reinforced and strengthened the framing of the deck. The workmanship is excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. The site was cleaned up well.

We had quite the issues with the first contractor we used for the deck at our new house. Poor communication, multiple code violations, you name it...it went wrong. We hired Southern Lakes Decks & Remodeling, LLC to do a complete re-do and we couldn’t be happier! Dave and his crew were fun, professional, worked hard, and had great communication through the whole process. The project was done in the predicted time and I felt safe with them at my home when I was at work. The only regret I have is not hiring them in the first place!!! Would highly recommend! 5/5 stars for this company!

Dave updated my pool deck 2 years ago using Trex composite decking. He also added a pergola to the deck. I called Dave to come look at 1 of the posts for the pergola as it was moving with any ground shift. He came, saw the issue and fixed it no charge. I am impressed by Dave's quality work and attention to detail. His customer service is 2nd to none. Definitely call Dave at Southern Lakes Deck for any of your building needs.

Awesome workmanship and employees! Love our new deck and concrete patio! Can't wait for spring so I can enjoy it more!
